Orders & Pricing Policy
Ordering
The advertisements on the site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the site and are not offers to sell. Promax AV Shop acceptance of an order will be deemed once a shipping notice has been dispatched to you via email, and at which time forms a legally binding contract.
Promax AV Shop reserves the right to terminate any order for any reason, including, but not limited to: a) where goods are not available; b) where payment authorization cannot be obtained; or c) in the event of a pricing or product description error. If your order has been terminated due to a pricing mis-print, an opportunity will be made available for you to purchase the product at the correct price.
Payments
Promax AV Shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not accept payment information over the phone or through email. All payments are transferred through SSL certified connections. We do not save any client payment information. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Regardless of your location and currency, your credit card account will be charged the equivalent in your currency of the Canadian dollar amount.
Taxes
Applicable taxes will be added to your order upon checkout. This includes GST and PST for all orders shipping within Canada. Promax AV Shop is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs as the result of shipments outside of Canada.
Price Matching
If you find a lower price from any other authorized Canadian dealer on an identical product, please let us know. We'll be happy to let you know if we can meet or beat the lower price that you have found. The lower priced product must be in stock and be sold by an authorized dealer.
This offer does not apply to previously purchased items, auctions, refurbished, used, discontinued, special order or out of stock items.
Backordered or Out of Stock Items
Backordered products are out of our control and we cannot give an estimated time of availability. We will notify you by email when a product becomes backordered. Please note if your product is backordered, it will be shipped to you immediately when it becomes available. If you would like to know the availability of any product before you place an order, please email Customer Service at support@promaxav.com. The website does not indicate whether a product is in or out of stock. If your product is out of stock, please be advised that additional processing time is required.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
We accept changes to orders up until they have been prepared for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. To cancel an order, please email Customer Service at support@promaxav.com. Remember to include your order number and the item you would like to cancel or change in the body of the email. We will respond with an email to confirm your request. You cannot cancel or change an order once it is shipped.
Website Security
To make your shopping experience safe, simple and secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts the data you send over the Internet. When SSL is enabled a padlock appears at the top of your browser. You can click on it to get information about the SSL digital certificate registration. The location (URL) field at the top of the browser will also begin with https instead of the usual http.
Promax AV Shop does not collect or store credit card information.

Promax AV Shop is an authorized retailer for each of the brands available on our website. As such, your purchase is authorized for the manufacturer's warranty in Canada.
